All of the payroll processing is completed by a highly experienced and knowledgeable team which is managed and supported by a Senior team to ensure that accuracy and deadlines are met. If you are interested in using our connected BACS Bureau (Flexr), to process the payments to your employees directly from your bank account, there is a small additional charge for this. It is a fixed rate per payment file irrespective of how many employees or payments are on the file.
Although our BACS Bureau do not have visibility of your bank accounts, they will, through special BACS software, be able to submit payment files directly from your account in a secure environment with multiple payment authorisation levels.
In order to be a BACS Accredited Bureau, we have to go through extremely strict regular audits in order to maintain this accreditation. For this service, you would need to apply for a SUN (Service User Number) from your bank to enable integration with the BACS service. This has the added benefit of still being able to make payments, even when your own bank’s IT systems have failed.
