What is a PEO?
A PEO is a Professional Employment Organisation. It provides a cost effective alternative for the management of HR, back-office processes and payments surrounding employment.
By outsourcing employment to a PEO such as Fair Pay Services, it allows your agency to focus on their productivity and performance, creating more opportunities for their contingent workforce.
Your workers will be fully employed by Fair Pay Services under a Contract of Employment and will benefit from continuity of employment through a range of separate assignments as well as full employment rights and dedicated HR support.
